Glenpark Celtic first champions of The Lodge Cup!

The Glenpark Celtic have become the first names on the new NBDL cup 'The Lodge Cup'! They battled their way past Lodge Celtic in the quarter-finals winning 3-1. A 3-0 win over St Malachy's Old Boys in the semi-finals secured their spot in the final against The Warriors. Wins for Dan Sloan, Conor Hanna and Sean Paul Grant helped Glenpark Celtic win the cup with a 3-1 win in the final. The Tommy Allsopp cup was won by The Lodge who won their two matches, 4-1 against Lodge Celtic and 3-2 over L.W.M.C. Highlight of the night was St Malachy's Old Boys' Jordan Bonar who is the youngest member of the North Belfast Darts League setting a new lowest dart leg of 15 darts! Congratulations to both teams on their cup wins and to Jordan on his low dart leg! Next week we are back to league fixtures for a couple of weeks before the next cup night!
